When Recovering Your Data

The computers used in the course of recovery are kept in a secure environment, and are not accessible by any others. During the recovery we alone will have access to your data. This data will NEVER be shared with, sold to, shown to, or be given access to by any third party. Your data will remain secure on our systems during the recovery, and permanently erased once the recovery is complete. Data will remain on our systems for generally 2-3 days after your data is returned to you, to ensure you have enough time to make adequate backups. We will endeavor to contact you after the recovery to confirm your data has been received and checked and backed up, and then permanently removed from our systems.
